At Fransico Fabrics, we take pride in producing high-quality custom clothing, including T-shirts, hoodies, and other apparel designed to your specifications. By placing an order, you agree to the following policy:

Custom Clothing Orders

All custom clothing items are made specifically for your order using your selected designs, images, and preferences.

Due to the personalized nature of these products, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once production has begun
Please carefully review your design, sizing, placement, and details before submitting your order
Fransico Fabrics is not responsible for errors approved by the customer prior to production

Standard / Non-Custom Items

Any non-custom or pre-made apparel sold by Fransico Fabrics is considered final sale. We do not offer refunds or exchanges unless the item is defective.

Shipping & Delivery

Fransico Fabrics is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or damages caused by third-party shipping carriers.

Once your order has shipped, it is considered final
Refunds are not provided due to shipping issues outside of our control
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout

Order Review & Responsibility

Customers are strongly encouraged to:

Double-check all uploaded designs and images
Ensure correct sizing and garment selection
Review order confirmations carefully

If you have questions or need changes, contact us before production begins, as changes cannot be made once production is underway.

Exceptions

In rare cases where there is a manufacturing defect or an error caused by Fransico Fabrics, we may offer one of the following at our discretion:

Replacement of the item
Store credit
Repair (if applicable)

All exception requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Final Agreement

By purchasing from Fransico Fabrics, you acknowledge and agree that all sales are final, unless otherwise explicitly stated in writing.
